Delivery methods:

• Courier delivery to the indicated address – Delivery has a fixed cost of 20 lei, anywhere in the country. The courier will notify you by phone before attempting to deliver the order.

Payment for these two delivery options can only be made with the card (on our website, when placing the order, or at the locker, when picking up the order).

The courier does not represent AGENDEALTFEL.COM and does not have the right to unseal the package.

How do I receive the order and for how long?

Delivery is made within 3 working days from the processing (confirmation) of the order.

What is the order delivery schedule?

The delivery schedule of orders is from Monday to Friday, with the exception of days off. Orders are delivered between 09:00 and 17:00. If you will not be able to take the order at the time of delivery, you can pick it up within 7 days of the courier company.

When is my order processed / confirmed?

Orders placed until 22:00 will be processed (confirmed) and shipped the next business day. Confirmation of orders is made only on working days.
